His motivation and dedication to follow his artistic passion and daring achievements in the entertainment industry have won him respect from peers and mentors alike within the film and theater community where he currently resides in Orlando, Florida. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Neil has always been gifted with natural abilities in the arts from an early age. His artistic curiosity in drawing, painting, singing, dancing, acting, and playing musical instruments eventually got him accepted into Toronto’s acclaimed Claude Watson School for the Arts. He eventually moved to Cleveland, Ohio, USA where he graduated high school and heavily studied video production at Cuyahoga Valley Career Center earning him a Technical Certificate in Media Technology. While in high school, he produced and directed on-air multiple-camera video productions of his high school football games and several live action and animated short films in which he won awards for. After high school and vocational school, Neil moved to Orlando to double major at Valencia College in Film Production Technology and Theatre/Drama/Dramatic Arts and has received degrees in both fields of study. Within almost a decade of writing and performing comedy, he entered the professional world by producing two successful, ambitious, energetic, hour-long one man comedy shows at The Orlando International Fringe Theatre Festival in 2010 and 2011, and he is currently producing his newest one man show, “Whoops!”, for the 2011 Orlando Comedy Festival. Along with performing in numerous plays and independent films, Neil has also worked on the crews of several films and television shows including “Family Feud” (The CW), “American Idol” (FOX), “So You Think You Can Dance” (CBS), “The Biggest Loser” (NBC), and “Just Another Day” (BET) as well as concerts for artists such as Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney, The Backstreet Boys, New Kids On The Block, and several others proving that he is dedicated to working in the entertainment industry. Neil plans to continue his path in show business with his upcoming sketch comedy series on his artistic website, NeilBernard.com (Launching Fall 2011), his international comedy tour&nbsp;of <EM>The Neil Bernard Show</EM> starting&nbsp;in 2012, moving to Chicago, Illinois to study comedy writing and improvisation at The Second City,&nbsp;as well as&nbsp;writing, directing, and producing his original feature-length films within the next few years.</FONT></SPAN>
