I'm Jeryl, best known as Jacqui from AMC's "The Walking Dead," and I wrote, directed, and produced STAND DOWN SOLDIER, a feature film. I'm also the daughter, best friend, niece, and cousin of veterans. As an actress, an educator, a mother, and a woman, I have been heartbroken by stories from personal friends and family members and by documentaries that share stories about sexual-assault related PTSD. I want to use my work as an artist to contribute to efforts to tell these stories.
