Established in 2018, CTC exists to encourage central Texas composers in their creative endeavors through camaraderie, discourse, critique and sometimes through producing tongue-in-cheek themed events that premier their compositions. Fundraising efforts invite the wider community to support the professionals who debut CTC members’ works and spur the local creative economy. Above all, CTC shows that all are creative and that creativity is a worthwhile, achievable pursuit.
