Striving for greatness through eccentricity
I moved out to Hollywood with many visions, though I'm constantly called quite a character, I tend NOT to write about my gay southern childhood or my many years as an assistant to a Hollywood wife/"producer" that would leave Miranda Priestly in the bathroom crying. Instead, I take my perspectives and APPLY them to fiction. There is too much self-reference and reality going on these days. Reality is tedious, fantasy is brilliant. I want stories that comment on humanity and society, that inspire. They don't have to be hokey, they don't even have to "feel real" but they need real emotion attached to them. <div><br></div><div>Need some concrete information? Here it is: 33. BA in film (with honors) from UC Santa Cruz. Worked on around 10 indie movies as a PA and then as an assistant to the Producer. Written 6 features, 1 play and 1 spec for CWs "The Vampire Diaries." Now making a short- and I would love your support for that. </div>
