Founded in 2009, Under the Hood Cafe is a beacon of free speech and culture in the Killeen/Ft Hood area. At UTH soldiers, families, friends and community members can socialize, get information on service members’ and veterans' rights, learn about the processes behind applying for their benefits, get referrals for legal and wellness services and share their experiences through creative writing and art workshops.
