Entering a new cycle of expansion.

She also has a sustained interest in Native American culture, their symbolism and traditions. She became an artist gradually, almost unintentionally, after exploring photography and the film industry. Eventually, those symbiotic currents carried her away to the mountains and to her life as an artist.</span></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 3.75pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; background: white;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 3.75pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; background: white;"><em>"In the early stages of my work I gathered driftwood, feathers, leather and stones to assemble my primitive art, to sell at shows and to friends. A mentor who understood my passion for horses, challenged me to try sculpting them from clay. As my work in this new medium evolved I employed increasingly creative combinations of firing and glazing methods. Gemstones and beadwork embellish each horse, and my finished pieces express the power and energy of a protective fetish.&nbsp;</em></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 3.75pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; background: white;"><em>&nbsp;</em></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 3.75pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; background: white;"><em>Ever since these "spirit horses" have entered my life I have been crisscrossing the vast expanse of the US, traveling from one show to the next. My product line has expanded to include popular home de'cor and clothing items. A loyal group of collectors seek out my booth, mingling with those who are first discovering the unique vibrancy of my art&nbsp;</em></span></p> <p style="margin-top: 3.75pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; background: white;"><em>&nbsp;</em></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 3.75pt; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 3.75pt; margin-left: 0in;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black; background: white;"><em>Without knowing where it would lead, I followed my inner guide, devoting myself to my art. Now at a turning point, after fifteen years on the road it's time to shift away from the draining life of a solo traveling artist. Approaching the wise elder cycle, I need your helping hand to take Mountain Feather Originals to the next level."&nbsp;</em></span></p>
