He has written for <em>OutNow!</em> (San Jose, CA) and the San Jose <em>Metro</em> (CA), and was a co-founder and editor of the small press literary magazines <em>Wilde Oaks</em> and <em>Salome</em>. Currently, he writes about government policy and contracting trends for federal government clients. Bill founded <em>Big Pulp</em> in 2008.</span></span></p>
