My name is Tia Costell and I have been in the industry for the last 5 years. I have worked in all areas of the industry weather that be in front of the camera or behind it. Most recently I had the opportunity to become Executive Producer on a Tv Pilot, this opened my eyes to a passion that I never knew I had. Producing allowed me to lead the team, express my vision and use all of my wonderful organisation skills.
