Originally from Kentucky, Andy Gaukel is a puppeteer, actor, and director with more than 20 years of experience. Some performance credits include: A Christmas Carol at Actors Theatre of Louisville, The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, Basil Twist’s Symphonie Fantastique and the original ensemble of Paula Vogel’s The Long Christmas Ride Home at Trinity Repertory Company and Longwarf Theatre. In 2006, Gaukel founded his own puppet touring company, The Wee Giant Puppet Company, in Glasgow, Scotland.
