Rob trained as a community musician at the Sage Gateshead in 2004 and has been running singing groups ever since. He also has a passion for writing songs. Rob's songs are heart-opening, exploring themes of love, relationship, spirituality, freedom and justice. His voice can be powerful and bluesy, or tender and bare, and opens a place of connection in the hearts of his listeners. His voice has been described as a balm for the soul.
