This summer I'll be walking 1264 miles to spread a message of hope for people who want to give up.

For over ten years I struggled with severe depression and substance abuse issues, and not too long ago I almost gave up on life completely. Today I celebrate life, and spend my time blogging for meagainstfear.com, and working on The Me Against Fear Hope Project - a 1264 mile walk to raise awareness and funds for suicide prevention that begins July 13, 2013.
