I am an arts educator, choreographer, performing artist, and producer. I have worked with students ranging from 2 yrs - 92 yrs. I am originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia however I claim Philly as my second home having lived and worked there for 7 years. Homegrown was a seed that was planted out of what I saw as an urgent and immediate need for children during the pandemic; a safe space to connect and express. After 250 live, virtual mindful movement classes on zoom, Homegrown took root.
