Having a background in hospitality of over 15 years paired will a love of all things hand crafted, I began to develop an interest in beer and wine making after moving to Northern California. I soon fell head first into the craft-distilling arena. Attending tastings and shows, touring local distilleries, taking distilling courses, and eventually going on a life-changing trip to Scotland. I was sold. I knew this was my life’s passion and could be happy making whiskey for the rest of my days.
