Sica assisted on her first feature film when she was sixteen years old. Since graduating, Sica has first assistant directed three feature films and produced and directed over fifteen short films and commercial videos with her independent production company First Lady Films. Having built her career in Bristol, Sica is aware of the strong, creative presence of the local, independent film industry and is constantly building on a network of clients and peer film-makers.
