I have been working on this campaign in one way or another since I became unemployed or underemployed over 4 years ago. I have been in construction for about 40 years and decided this was a good time try and do something else. I have started an employment agency, called Work Is Worship. Through the process of meeting over 200 employers and talking to over 300 job-seekers, the job-seeker community started to evolve. When the job-seekers gather they begin to help one another. It's magic.
