Ian Lekus, an internationally recognized expert on LGBTQ politics and history, has 25 years of experience as an interviewer, storyteller, and social justice advocate. Currently an LGBT Thematic Specialist at Amnesty International USA, Dr. Lekus has worked with a broad range of movements for freedom & justice and has taught at numerous universities, including Harvard, Duke, and Tufts. He is currently completing his first book, "Queer and Present Dangers: Sexuality, Masculinity, and the Sixties."
