Squabisch is a one-man Pretzel Company started in 2015 by Uli Elser. Uli was born in Sindelfingen, Germany and moved to California as a baby where he was "raised Schwaebisch" - the region in Germany known for Pretzels, Spaetzle, Maultaschen, Rindsrouladen and other regional dishes. Squabisch bakes at the Berkeley Bread Project and mainly sells at Pop-up events in the East Bay (mainly breweries).
