Aboriginal Music Week 2013 is set for August 16 - 21.

Alan Greyeyes is the chairperson of Aboriginal Music Manitoba and founder of the Aboriginal Music Week festival. Alan produces the Aboriginal Music Week festival as a volunteer (all the money raised each year goes to paying artist fees, covering production expenses, and marketing the festival). Alan is a member of the Peguis First Nation in Manitoba and grew up in Winnipeg. He recently won a Future Leaders of Manitoba Award for his contributions to the arts.
