Jill Denyce (pen name) has been cooking and studying food history for at least forty years. She became interested in reading cookbooks at the ripe old age of twelve and has never stopped. Profound interest in the recipes lead to the curiosity of where the dishes originated. After years of exploring and learning, she came to realize her favorite food decades.
