I have been passionate about the food industry all of my life, particularly the Organic sector. I have been in construction management most of my life. I have divided my time for pursuit of food oriented business. I opened a white table restaurant in Lafayette California and operated it for almost ten years. The restaurant won many awards for our food and atmosphere. We specialized in French Marketplace cuisine with a California accent. Sold it in 1990 and was relieved from the schedule. I was a partner in a seafood business that specialized in live shellfish, Pacific Dungeness crab and Main Lobster, and oysters, as well as aquaculture raising Canalope trout. While it was wonderful business was hard to make it pay. I have studied the Organic Food business and am sure that the future is to grow pesticide free Organic Foods for our consumption. Grown in the communities where they will be consumed fresh cut daily on site.
