One of 6 UCP moms writing our stories for the production "Fierce Love"

I've been the Family Support Director at United Cerebral Palsy of Oregon & SW Washington for almost 9 years. My daughter, Marie, is almost 23 and my inspiration for my work and this play. She was born not breathing, which resulted in a diagnosis of athetoid cerebral palsy when she was just 4 months old. It's been a long journey of grief, acceptance, frustration, growth, compassion, empathy, and fierce love for my child and all the other children and their parents. Come see the play!
