Aura Fischbeck Dance creates physically and intellectually rigorous contemporary dance/theater performance events which investigate and communicate the bodies intelligence and reflect the complexity of the contemporary human experience. Called "fierce and expressively pliant" in The San Francisco Bay Guardian, Aura Fischbeck's choreography has been presented nationally in series, festivals and shared programs since 2001. In 2008 she established Aura Fischbeck Dance (AFD).
