John Petersen is an aviator and professional futurist. He founded The Arlington Institute, edits and publishes FUTUREdition, an internationally acclaimed newsletter, flew attack aircraft off of aircraft carriers for the Navy, built his own aircraft and flies aerobatic airplanes. He has played senior policy and fundraising roles in presidential campaigns, worked at the White House, written three books and designed and developed the world’s first national surprise anticipation center.
