Michael Toubassi is a filmmaker and the festival director/founder of the Tucson Film & Music Festival. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Michael has written, directed and produced a number of documentaries, red carpet shows, promos, short films and music videos. His feature “High And Dry,” is a rockumentary about the history of the Tucson music scene. Currently, Michael lives in Los Angeles and runs Upstairs Film, a multi-media production company.
