Over 15 years Bilal has produced, directed and written TV shows, feature films and shorts. He was a Fulbright scholar to the U.S. where he received his MFA in Film. Here he shot his first feature film in 2012. He has collaborated with the acclaimed musician Mekaal Hasan and has also written lyrics for Zeb & Haniya and Jimmy Khan. Bilal is currently producing ‘Dobara Phir Se’ a film he wrote with director Mehreen Jabbar. He is also producing a documentary on the life of the iconic Farida Khanum.
