Victor's career encompasses founding tour companies to a joint venture with Russia on a numismatic coin commemorating Mikhail Gorbachev to founding one of the first online discount stores that went public. It was debilitating joint paint resulting from an accident that led him to research ‘piezoelectric' technology and its capacity to capture sonic energy from ultra and infra sonic waves. His quest for relief worked and evolved into the unique Encoder device and Entrainer Drops.
