Born and raised in the Northeast section of Philadelphia, Charles earned his B.A. in Film and Media Arts from Temple University. In addition to the award-winning "MASKS" trilogy, Charles has directed three short films, including the critically acclaimed, “The Eye of Menw." His latest project, “The Flower People” has been submitted to film festivals across the globe and has been accepted into 115 festivals and won 45 awards. He currently works for the City of Philadelphia Parks & Recreation.
