Hi my name is Vivian Kurutz. I am the Founding Director of the Harlem Wellness Center. Having experienced the loss of beloved family members as a result of preventable adult onset disease, I am dedicated to combating these diseases and promoting balanced healthy lifestyles and longevity. I am a certified Personal Trainer, Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach, and Yoga Instructor with a liberal arts degree. I am pursing an advanced degree. I love feeling good naturally and want to spread the feeling!
