I am a film director and producer living in Montreal.
<p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 9.0px Arial; color: #3e4d51;"> </p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">Colin Riendeau is an up and coming Director/Producer in Montreal. He has directed several documentary films in the past. His first feature being "Las Mil Mascaras" in 2008, and most notably the NFB / CBC Doc Shop short "It's All About The Music" broadcasted Aug. 2010. He is now making the switch into narrative cinema starting with producing the short film "The Kidnapping"(Robin Summer, 2011) which premiered at the Montreal International Film Festival, August 2011. </span></p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">Riendeau is President and founder of No Water Studios a film and video production company located in Watertown, New York and Montreal Quebec. In other roles he has worked on the feature film "Upside Down"(Juan Solanas, 2011) as a 3rd AD / PA. As well as the film "The Expatriate" (Philipp Stolzl, 2012) as the personal assistant to actor Aaron Eckhart. Most recently he worked on the feature film “Warm Bodies” (Jonathan Levine, 2012) as the Assistant to the Line Producer Nicolas Stern. In Autumn 2011 Riendeau worked on producing a documentary film titled “What Happened to Esther?” which won the RIDM “Cuban Hat Pitch” competition and went into production for a month long shoot in Kathmandu Nepal.</span><span style="font-family: Helvetica; font-size: 12px; text-align: justify;"> </span></p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">In addition, Riendeau has been working on various other productions for the past four years around the camera and has touched almost every aspect of filmmaking except for makeup, wardrobe and hair.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; text-align: justify; font: 12.0px Helvetica;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></p>
