Leila Segal
London, United Kingdom
Leila comes from a background of advocacy and community projects. She founded Voice of Freedom in 2013. Her work stems from her desire to act as advocate for those without a voice. She trained as a barrister, and volunteered for Rights of Women and The Free Representation Unit. Leila led The Jaffa Photography Project, which brought together Jewish and Arab teenagers to document their lives; and worked with on Change the Picture, a project with prostituted women in London's East End.
