One hundred nights out of the year the swirling, majestic northern lights can be seen in the isolated capital city of Alaska, Juneau. During the longest, coldest nights of the year there is a perpetual display of natural fire works in the skies of Juneau. Tony Bernardo (formerly of The Sketches) created Juneau Sky as a metaphor for exploring the darkest parts of our inner worlds in order to find the shining lights that supersede them.

Juneau Sky's first independant release, Come Back Together, was recorded on a sixteen track in a small room at the Sirius Community in Shutesbury, MA. You can here the winter in the slow, moody tracks, and the emergence of spring in the overall sound. It was inspired by a long year of traveling through India, Sri Lanka, and many parts of the United States. New places brought new revelations and life lessons, each one digested, distilled, and conveyed in eight songs.
