Osha Neumann
Berkeley, California, United States
I am Osha of all trades master of none -- muralists, sculptor, lawyer, writer, graphic artist
I designed the People's Park Mural in 1976 , the bicentennial of the American Revolution I thought there ought to be a memorial to the revolutionary moments in Berkeley's history. Since then I've worked on many other murals with longtime friends such as O'Brien Thiele. Together we have tended to this mural over the years. We want to assure that it is around for as long as possible as a reminder of our struggles for a better world awaiting and an inspiration for the struggles that lay ahead
