She is the youngest person ever admitted to the Director’s Guild of Canada’s permittee program, and is set to earn DGC membership by her graduation day in May 2012. Since becoming a permittee, Zoe has worked on major studio pictures such as “Rise of the Planet of Apes”, “Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief” and “Twilight: Eclipse”, as well as long-term employment on the last two seasons of NBC’s “Psych”. In New York, Zoe works on independent films, notably on projects like “Boobie” with Elijah Wood & Brian Petsos, which was accepted to SXSW. In her free time, Zoe can usually be found in a meeting – after 3 years of service as Senator, Zoe was elected President of the Tisch Undergrad Student Council in a competitive popular vote, and was also recommended by administrators to serve on the Student Programming Board. She is the only student recommended and elected to serve on Tisch’s Faculty Search Committee.

Zoe likes to travel and spent 4 months studying 35mm in Prague in Spring 2011.
