Artist Statement

My goal is to express my relationship with the world that inspires me. I like to create work that is rich in both texture and color, so that I can convey my reference for the beauty and the tone of the landscape. I find my inspiration in Cape Cod, Southern France and Italy , where I will paint and photograph the land for future reference. Most recently I have been drawn to the fiber arts, making wearable art in the form of Nuno Felting." From Brooklyn, a graduate of Pratt Institute.
