I'm Julian Katz, a young entrepreneur and experienced cook. In 2010, after cooking in restaurants for years I started a small start-up focused on preserving locally grown foods into delicious and healthy preserves. This became Stasis Preserves. We had been selling at Farmer's Markets when we decided to open a small local foods shop at the end of 2012. This became our production kitchen as well as a local hub for people to find great artisan foods. Stasis Preserves is now almost 3 years old.
