Oepbr.org was founded and is run by John Woods. John has had a lifelong affection for beagles. Max, the beagle John had had as a youngster, was his constant friend. He was aware that he would have to give his beagle website his entire life. John's passion for beagles motivates our group. Oepbr.org, John's website, has grown to become a worldwide beagle community. John still has a childlike affection for beagles.
