Daniel has produced short and long-form documentaries that have broadcast on PBS. He received his Ph.D. in philosophy under the supervision of the French philosopher Alain Badiou, and he frequently writes and lectures on political philosophy and social theory. He is passionate about making the "Insurrections" film because it combines his two interests: filmmaking and philosophy for social change.
