I am the author of two chapbooks of poems and one full-length collection, Ordinary Beans (Pecan Grove Press, 2007). My reviews and poems have been published in three anthologies and over 60 periodicals. In progress are a science-fiction novella and an academic paper on the spoken-word poetry of Joel Dias-Porter, aka DJ Renegade. Currently I teach writing part-time and qualify for public assistance, because that's university teaching in the US! But I love what I do.
