Film = Life
I am a writer/director who is currently a Junior at Columbia College Chicago and I was born and raised in the Chicago area. I have wrote and directed 5 short films, one of which was a documentary. Some of my favorite films are His Girl Friday (1940), Wicker Park (2004), La Dolce Vita (1960), The Fountain (2006) and on and on...

I am not someone who believes he deserves to a be a filmmaker but I feel that I was born to make films, I wouldn't want to spend my life doing anything else, therefore I won't. I understand how incredibly lucky I am to be making films and to have people who are willing to help me.

My films are not an expression of my soul but rather they are my soul. Growing up I never had the chance to make films or even come close to thinking that I might be able to make films, but when I decided that the ultimate joy for me were films I went to study and I haven't looked back since. To be apart of the most collaborative art form and with the most astounding people truly humbles me and I won't ever forget that it is a privilege to be making films.
