I am a certified bilingual teacher at ML Phillips Elem. in Fort Worth, Texas. Working with my principal, I am bringing the Conscious Discipline model to my campus serving over 500 students and their families. The funds raised will be used to attend the summer conference. Upon my return, I will train dozens of teachers and staff members on the tools and teach parents on the techniques. This will create an school community inclusive of all the children and focused on achievement and growth.
