Vincent Marano

A Bronx-based playwright and educator.

Vincent Marano directed the award-winning The Way Out(Fringe, 2002) Acts of Contrition(Fringe, 2003), and his own Confirmation (Fringe 2009). Other productions: a new translation of Macchivelli’s The Mandrake (manhattantheatresource), A Collapse(Fringe, 2006), note to self(manhattantheatresource, 2007), La Vigilia(Fringe, 2008). In 2010, Vincent won the BRIO (Bronx Recognizes Its Own) Award for Playwriting. Nominated for NYIT Award for Best Short Script (My Baby/2011 and Artistic License/2012).
