Shari Thomas

Beryl, Utah, United States

I'm one of the Four Country Gals. I milk goats and make good things from the milk, like traditional Cajeta.

I'm Shari Thomas, retired from several careers in the food niche and living in rural SW Utah. I'm one of the Four Country Gals. We've purchased a 9.5 acre corner of a long abandoned potato farm. Over the past 8 years, we've developed a USDA Certified Organic produce business, a direct market lamb business, and now, we're working on a value-added product using our goat milk. In a past career, I was able to learn how to make many unique foods. Traditional Mexican Cajeta is one of those recipes.
