Never put an age limit on your Dreams!

The Arts isn't something that was very encouraged in my house. I'd always hear from my parents "You need to be a doctor or lawyer." Anything like being an actor or musician was something other people did. I had to be more practical. I guess I should thank my parents cause otherwise I may not have felt the need to rebel and follow my own path. Filmmaking came about simply because I had no friends growing up so I just watched movies all the time. One day I decided to take Film Making as an elective and the rest is history. But figuring out that I wanted to be a filmmaker was just the beginning. What kind of filmmaker was I? What genre? I never expected horror to be the genre I get the most enjoyment out of but I do. You get on set, play dress up, and yell action! Yes its a bit more detailed then that but at it's basic, thats pretty much what it is. This is a hard path I've chosen but as Tom Hanks once said "Of course it's hard, if it wasn't everybody would be doing it, the hard is what makes it great." I don't know where this path in life is going to take me, but I like the road I've traveled so far, bumps and all. I look forward to continue traveling and picking up some friends along the way.
