I am a 47 year old database administrator / software engineer in my 21st year at a public utility. I am a previously licensed operator of a two unit, 2,600 MW electric nuclear generating station. Prior to this I served 6 years in the USN as a submarine electronics technician / reactor operator. I hold a BS in Computer Science with honors from Rowan University. I grew up working in our farm machine shop. I have carefully vetted the CargoFish concept and can assure you it will succeed.
