Bringing Art to the Heartland
The Wapsipinicon Theatre Festival brings together professional performers from across North America, as well as home grown Iowa talent, together to create a theatre event. This year we are doing "The Wapsi Odyssey". A production inspired by Homer's Greek epic "The Odyssey" and set on the Wapsipinicon River. The audience will be in canoes going down the river as the performance happens around them in boats, on the shore and in the water.
