Foster Mom for Rescue Animals
My name is Debby Worthington and I am a foster mom for HSCCL. I’ve been working in rescue for three years and have fostered 58 dogs and 1 cat. Last year, I had 30 adoptions. I’ve worked with Animal Rescue Corp (ARC) at a puppy mill take down (60 dogs and puppies rescued) and a rescue of 85 dogs from a hoarding situation. It’s the lives saved and not the numbers that matter but I keep the statistics because it reminds me that although the need is great, one person can make a difference.
