About me

I always dreamed about running my own restaurant in Greece and now I have the wonderful opportunity to take over a well established restaurant on one of the most beautiful islands. I have been in the food and beverage industry for the past 14 years starting out with my very first job as a dishwasher. I have worked in many international hotels including the US, Caribbean, UK, China, Taiwan and Malaysia and held positions from restaurant manager to director of food and beverage.
