<p><span>As a game designer with 16 years of experience in the industry, I've had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from movie/television adaptations to original concepts, running the gamut from platform games to kart racing. Though I specialize in story and character-driven games, my main focus is making games fun, whether it's a mindless shooter, a deep strategy game, or a music-based rhythm game.</span><br /><br /><span>My goal is to contribute, even modestly, to the science and art of game design by making fun games that strike the balance between depth and accessibility.</span></p> <p>In January 2011 I started an independent game studio, Miralupa, with two long-time friends. We specialize in augmented reality games and apps on mobile devices, and our first game, Chromian Wars, is available on the App Store.</p>
