Alexander Chack, cook and manager. I rose through the restaurant ranks in the tradition of many of the world’s greatest restaurateurs; without culinary school. Naturally imbued with a desire to labor in the kitchen, serve great food and make people happy. I worked every station, washing dishes and mopping floors to deep prep cook, line cooking to operations and management.
