Noah Elbers first baked in a wood fired oven when he was in highschool and has been around wood fired ovens and baking ever since. His bakery, Orchard Hill Breadworks, is located on the farm where he grew up in Alstead NH. He lives there with his wife Dove, daughter Greta and son Asher. What was once a part time back yard endeavor is now a thriving year round business which supports his family and employs 7 people. Pizza nights have been a highlight of the year since they began in 2007.
